What are the washing instructions?

Our products can be machine washed in cold water with mild detergents and laid flat to dry. 

How were the Armguards tested?

SafeGuard Protective Apparel Armguards were independently tested for bite resistance. A force of 196 pounds was applied to the foam padding with no release or breakage observed. The force of an average human bit is 174 pounds for a male and 101 pounds for a female.

What is your return policy?

Customers have 10 days to return product after delivery. Product must be unused and in original packaging when returned. To return, customers must call customer service at 716-629-3444 and request return authorization. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
